The Cisco CCENT R&S: ICND1 v3 course is the first step into Cisco networking. The Cisco CCNA R&S: ICND2 v3 course is the second half of the CCNA Routing & Switching curriculum associated with the CCNA Routing and Switching certification. The goal of this online training course is to provide students with the key skills needed to successfully install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot a small enterprise network.

The ICND2 v3 course focuses on redundant topologies, troubleshooting common networking issues, configuring EIGRP and multi-area OSPF in both IPv4 and IPv6, understanding WAN technologies, and becoming familiar with device management and Cisco licensing. This online training course provides preparation for the ICND2 exam and CCNA composite exam. You will focus on routing protocols for both IPv4 and IPv6: EIGRP and OSPF for an enterprise and BGP for enterprise Internet connectivity. You will also learn how to redistribute routes, implement path control, and secure Cisco routers.

In the Cisco CCNP R&S: TSHOOT course you will learn and practice techniques to monitor and troubleshoot routed and switched networks through extensive hands-on lab exercises. Troubleshooting methods, approaches, procedures, and tools are explored. A series of different organizations are introduced for each a set of troubleshooting scenarios that are presented. You will attempt to solve as many of the troubleshooting tickets as you can; the debrief includes review information that will help you further understand the specific issues raised in the scenarios.
