Awards were determined using defined amounts related to student needs in an equitable manner.Supplemental funds were prioritized first to students who completed the FAFSA. Awards were based on EFC and enrollment. 2nd priority group were students with no FAFSA on file and enrolled. Award amounts were based on hours enrolled. - Any instructions, directions, or guidance provided by the institution to students
