People Advantage Self Service is UHD's new system for employees to manage their personal information online. PASS allows employees to:
- Access personal information 24/7 from any computer with internet access
- Make changes/updates to personal information such as home address and telephone numbers
- Process changes made online in real time
- View and print pay history
- View and print earnings statements
- View benefits information
- Request changes in name, marital status and educational level online
- Request W-2 tax forms online
And much more!
What are the advantages of using PASS?
Two of the most significant advantages are security and speed. Personal information is properly secured by a unique, self-generated password. Adding to increased security is the advantage of immediate updates. Changes to addresses, telephone numbers, contact information, withholding allowances and direct deposits are accomplished in real time.
How does PASS work?
Using a web browser, faculty and staff can log into PeopleSoft, view their information held in the system and make changes where applicable. Employees will need their employee ID (commonly referred to as “Empl ID”, this number may be found on paycheck stubs or PARs), date of birth, and last four digits of their social security number. After the initial log in, the system will require that users change their password. Click here to log into PASS.

Password: Select "Forgot your password" the first time you log in and follow the instructions to have a new password emailed to you. Logon with the e-mailed password and change it to your choice. Your password must be at least ten (10) characters and contain one digit.
