CLASSES DATES
JULY 9, 2012	Summer III classes begin
AUGUST 8, 2012	Last class day
AUGUST 9, 2012	Final examinations. Exams will be given at regular class times.

REGISTRATION DATES
APRIL 9, 2012	Priority web registration for declared majors (8am)
APRIL 16, 2012	Web registration for all other students
JULY 5, 2012	Last day for Regular Registration (6pm)
JULY 6-9, 2012	Schedule changes (drop and add). Late Registration (including late fee). (8am)
JULY 12, 2012	Last day to drop a class without a grade (Official Day of Record)
AUG 2, 2012	Last day to withdraw from a course.

NOTE

Registration deadlines are midnight, unless otherwise noted.
In person transactions must be made by business closing time.

PAYMENT DATES
JUNE 28 - JULY 5, 2012	Emergency Loans will be available.
JULY 5, 2012	Last day to make payment for Regular Registration (6pm) or classes will be dropped
JULY 17, 2012	Last day to pay for Late Registration (including late fee). Payment must be received by 6pm or classes will be dropped.
AUGUST 6, 2012	Emergency Loan Due Date
AUGUST 6, 2012	Second/Final payment for installment loan due ($10 late fee).
AUGUST 8, 2012	Last day to pay installment loan balance without $50 default fee.

REFUND DATES
JULY 8, 2012	Last day for 100% refund on complete withdrawal of tuition and fees (less$15 fee). In person transactions must be made by 5 p.m. on July 6, 2012.
JULY 9-11, 2012	Complete withdrawals receive an 80% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 20% of total bill).
JULY 12-17, 2012	Complete withdrawals receive a 50% refund of tuition and fees (student still responsible for 50% of total bill). No refunds after JULY 17, 2012.
JULY 12, 2012	Last day to receive refund for partial withdrawal.

JUNE 1, 2012	Fall 2012 application deadline for freshman admission
JUNE 8, 2012	Summer 2012 Financial Aid Deadline
AUGUST 1, 2012	Fall 2012 application deadline for transfer admission

JULY 4, 2012	Independence Day, University closed

GRADUATION APPLICATION DATES

TBA	Last day to submit a graduation application to the College of Business www.uhd.edu/academic/colleges/business/graduation_index.htm
JULY 13, 2012	Last day to submit a graduation application to the College of Humanities and Social Sciences www.uhd.edu/academic/colleges/humanities/college/graduating.htm
JUNE 1, 2012	Last day to submit a graduation application to the College of Sciences and Technology www.uhd.edu/academic/colleges/sciences/

IMPORTANT SEMESTER DATES
JUNE 29, 2012	Last day for undeclared students to submit all documents to appeal Suspensions (S1, S2, S3).
JULY 5, 2012	Math Bypass Testing - S705 (Math 1301, 1302, 1404 only), 10am-12 noon and 2-4pm
JULY 12, 2012	Official Day of Record/Last day to:
	• appeal residency status
	• drop without a grade
	• receive refund for partial withdrawal
	• change to audit status
	• request an International Student Health Insurance waiver
JULY 17, 2012	Reporting Date
AUGUST 9, 2012	Faculty Online Grade Entry begins at 8am
AUGUST 13, 2012	Deadline for Faculty Online Grade Entry ends at 12 noon.
AUGUST 14, 2012	Grades available (12 noon) at www.uhd.edu/eservices

ADMINISTRATIVE DATES - FACULTY/STAFF ONLY
JULY 2, 2012	Summer III 2012 Instructor Data Entry Deadline - all instructor assignments must be entered into Banner
