Why Get an Advanced PLM Certificate?
Industry demands deeper and broader PLM knowledge
According to a recent survey, 50 percent of UHD PLM students who completed all required courses in 2013 believe they would benefit from more advanced PLM courses, including the use of geographic information systems (GIS) in land management. This opinion is widely supported by industry experts. There is a need for professionals with a deep understanding of the legal aspects of the PLM field and their practical implications:
Expert faculty, high-quality instruction
The UHD College of Business (COB) has nearly 20 years of experience in PLM education and training. It has offered an Energy/PLM minor since the early 90’s, and the PLM Certificate since 2010. This competency-based certificate program has been awarded to nearly 900 professionals.
Convenient online courses
All six APLM courses are offered exclusively online by UHD faculty and industry experts. Courses can be completed in any order.
APLM courses are accredited for 12 continuing education units (CEUs) to maintain the professional certifications awarded by the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL).
