Pat Mosier, associate dean and associate professor of Spanish, received her B.A. in Spanish from West Virginia University, where she became a member of Phi Beta Kappa as well as the national Spanish honor society, Sigma Delta Pi.
She earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She came to UHD in 1981 and served as Chair of the Arts and Humanities Department from 1991 to 1997. She has been associate dean since August 2008, dealing primarily with issues concerning student success and advising.
