It’s Up to You

Attend class. Introduce yourself to the professor. Send an email in advance of an anticipated absence. Take responsibility for providing a positive role model for others in the class. Be organized. Ask if you can turn in a rough draft of an assignment before it is due. The request indicates that you are organized and will rewrite. Even if the professor says "no," you have created an opportunity to show your intention to succeed.
