Former/Returning: if you are a former UHD student that has missed a Fall or Spring semester(s), you may qualify for readmission to UHD.

Readmission Application - Undergraduate

• Readmit at myUHD
  Select "My admission and Enrollment Status." Or complete a paper copy of the Application for Readmission to turn into the Office of Admissions.
• Submit official transcripts from all institutions previously attended since your last enrollment at UHD.

If you attended a college or university outside the United States, your transcripts must be evaluated by a credential evaluation service recognized by UHD prior to applying for admissions to the university.

Student applying for readmission with less than 15 semester hours of college-level credit should also submit an official high school or GED transcript as well as official college or university transcripts.

Readmission Application - Graduate

A former graduate UHD student that has missed a fall or spring semester(s) (summer semesters are included for MAT students), you should first see your graduate program coordinator before reapplying.

• Apply for readmission using the Graduate Application for Readmission.
  Once the department of the program to which you are reapplying has made a decision regarding your acceptance, you will be notified of their decision by mail.

Readmission Application - International

If you are a former international UHD student that has missed a Fall or Spring semester(s), you should first see the Coordinator of International Admissions before reapplying.

• Apply for readmission using the Application for Readmission.
• Submit your $60 admissions application fee.
