e-Curriculum Vitae Process Instructions

e-Curriculum Vitae is an online tool that allows faculty to comply with the posting requirements defined in House Bill 2504. Each instructor is required to have a curriculum vitae publicly viewable on the university website.  A link to the e-Curriculum Vitae for each UHD instructor will be posted on the UHD Class Schedule next to the instructor’s name. 

The e-Curriculum Vitae process involves the following:

• Create e-Curriculum Vitae
  You will be presented with a set of text boxes to input the following:
  • Name (pre-populated from Banner)
  • Position Title (official title - entered by instructor)
  • Office Address (entered by instructor)
  • Office Telephone # (entered by instructor)
  • UHD e-mail (pre-populated from Banner)
  • Educational Background/Training (Include degrees attained, institution names, and years attended (post secondary.)
  • Teaching Experience (Include institution names, position/titles, and years of employment.)
  • Significant Publications/Scholarship/Research/Creative Endeavors (Use the format and content appropriate for your discipline.)
  You will have the option to copy and paste directly from your MS Word Documents using the “Paste from Word” icon. (Instructions are included at the top of each section.)
  
  
• Post e-Curriculum Vitae to Web
  After you have created and saved your e-Curriculum Vitae, you will post it to the web (viewable on the online UHD Class Schedule in e-Services).
  
  When you edit and save your e-Curriculum Vitae, the updated version will automatically replace the e-Curriculum Vitae posted on the online UHD Class Schedule.
