Multimedia Services

A 450 seat semi-circular event space with a high definition projector with a 16x9 motorized drop-down screen. The projection system has the capability to display computer and various video images. This room has an in-ceiling audio speaker system with wireless microphone capability. A stage is located on the lower level for presentations, panel discussions, and interactive demonstrations.

A large multi-purpose event room that can be subdivided into three separate areas: White Oak Room, Buffalo Bayou Room, and Houston Room. Each section has a projector, motorized drop down screen, and DVD player located within each section, along with the capability to display computer images. Each room has an in-ceiling audio speaker system with wireless microphone capability.

The large event room has the ability to display a video source from computer or built in DVD player. There is also a podium and wireless microphones available for speech enhancement. Both event rooms have a ceiling-mounted projector with motorized drop down screen and speaker systems.

Boardroom style conference room with built in PC, ceiling-mounted projector, motorized drop down screen, and wall mounted speakers. This room also has the capability for web conferencing.

Large boardroom style conference room with several tabletop microphones built in PC, ceiling mounted projector, motorized drop down screen, and wall mounted speakers. The room also has the capability to teleconference.

Located in the Academic Computing Lab, the Commerce Building Lab, or in the Teaching Technology Learning Center. All contain the same equipment installed in Presentation Classrooms plus student computer workstations.
