| Jennifer Smith - Lead Trainer Jen is the lead trainer of the Information Technology training team. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from UHD and is an active member of the American Society for Training & Development. She possesses a passion for learning and teaching. She enjoys finding creative ways to help faculty and staff reach their goals. She considers herself an eternal optimist; she believes nothing is impossible. |

Rebecca Gunnels - Learning Technology Specialist Rebecca graduated from UHD in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She enjoys web design, writing, and developing the learning materials for the training group. Her specialities are Photoshop and web development applications. |

| LoShon Harvey - User Support Specialist II LoShon graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2008 with a General Business degree, and a concentration in Technology. She loves using Photoshop, and enjoys reading and writing. One of her passions is online course development. |
