Business Hours Clinic Appointment Hours Monday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 11:00 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 11:00 a.m. to 2:40 p.m. Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m. to 4:40 p.m. Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m. to 4:40 p.m. Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. NOT AVAILABLE Hours and available services are subject to change without notice. Closed on official University Holidays.

For students obtaining bacterial meningitis vaccinations, please visit the office at least 30 minutes prior to closing to ensure sufficient time for the required post-BMV waiting period.

 

Clinicians Appointments:

• Appointments are required for Clinician visits
• Clinicians Services are available only during Clinic Appointment hours.
• Appointments are not available when classes are not in session.
• Urgent Care (Non Emergency) Walk-in visits may be available but not guaranteed. (Students, Faculty and Staff)

 

Nursing Services:

• Nursing Services are available during business hours.
• Nurse's Triage: If a same-day appointment is not available, a nurse will triage walk-in patient's symptoms or injury and recommend self/alternative care, a next-day appointment or determine if he/she should be worked into the current day's schedule (may require a long wait).
• The nurse is not able to give a diagnosis or prescribe medications.

 

Urgent (Non-Emergency) Care During Clinic Hours: 

• Same-day appointments may be available but not guaranteed.
• To request a same-day appointment, call or come by Student Health Services as early as possible.
