Scope of Responsibilities
At UHD, Dr. Poleski Gaona complements the work of the College's dean, associate dean, advisors, and Advising Center in ensuring all students interested in a College of Business degree obtain high quality, accurate, and timely student services. She also plays a key role in the College's recruitment efforts.
Educational Qualifications
Dr. Poleski Gaona earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin and Bachelor of Arts from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Professional Experience
Dr. Poleski Gaona has nearly 20 years of experience in higher education, legal recruiting, and organizational development. She has expertise in policy development, board leadership, management, and strategic planning. Dr. Poleski Gaona has a proven record of delivering efficient and quality improvements using innovation and technologies to ensure increased returns on investments for organizations.
