Job Summary

The Graduate and International Admissions Enrollment Analyst processes graduate and international admissions, provides customer service, maintains student records, and monitors and enters data into databases and systems.

Duties

  • Evaluates applications from graduate and international students to determine eligibility for admissions
  • Processes and takes images of all official documents in the system
  • Executes the application and admissions processes to support graduate and international student enrollment
  • Maintains and manages admissions information in the Student Information System, ensuring that the data is accurate
  • Processes and enters SEVIS data according to the guidelines provided by the Department of Homeland Security, maintaining data and quality control
  • Triages incoming inquiries and provides office and telephone coverage

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of related job experience, including experience in recruitment or sales, working with student information systems, and in higher education

License/Certification:

  • None required

  • Knowledge of the application and admissions processes in higher education, and of the related trends, issues, and accepted practices
