The University of Houston-Downtown welcomes students from all around the world. UHD is a comprehensive university that offers bachelors and selected master’s degree programs, strong academic career preparations, as well as life learning opportunities.

Degree Programs Offered

UHD is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award Bachelor's degrees. The College of Business is accredited by the American Assembly of Collegiate Schools of Business. The Engineering Technology piping degree is accredited by the Technology Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology.
