Did you know that there are foods in every color of the rainbow that not only give your body the basic nutrients it needs, but they also help combat diseases? In addition, eating a variety of foods can help you lose weight as well as maintain a healthy body weight. Come taste a bit of the rainbow of food choices at this workshop so you will know how to “choose your plate” each day! This Workshop is FREE, refreshments will be served, and door prizes will be given out.
