Launching a Campus-Wide Exploration

We didn’t decide in a vacuum. We created spaces for conversation and curiosity to flow. This exploration included:

• Open forums and office hours: We held open conversations where people could ask questions, offer feedback, or just think out loud with us.
• Data reviews on student performance and engagement: We analyzed trends in student performance and engagement to better understand where support was most needed – and where we had room to grow.
