Math Bypass Exam

The Department of Mathematics & Statistics (MS) allows students to bypass the following courses, Math 1301 and Math 1505, provided they pass the corresponding bypass exam. The exams are given several times a year. Please read the bypass exam policies for the math courses before taking the exam. Students can use the following practice tests to prepare for the exam:

BYPASS EXAM REVIEWS:

• Math 1301: College Algebra Review
• Math 1505: Precalculus with Trigonometry Review

We don’t offer bypass exams for MATH 0300 and 1300. If a student wishes to bypass those, he/she can retake the TSI Math placement test at Testing Services. Bypass exams must be taken in person at UHD Testing Services
