Charge
Reviews and recommends policies pertaining to faculty-related personnel and workload issues and any other matters affecting the professional lives of faculty members per PS 01.A.03 - Academic Shared Governance Policy.
Composition
The membership of the committee consists of three administrators appointed by the president and two faculty representatives from each degree-granting college chosen through Faculty Senate procedures.
