Job Summary
The Coordinator of Admissions Recruitment coordinates the outreach and recruitment events and initiatives for the department/office.
Duties
- Coordinates and supports university admissions recruitment team initiatives and campaigns (in-person, virtual, call, email, social media).
- Serves as project coordinator for admissions events under the advisement of Associate and Assistant Directors; assists with scheduling visits to high schools, businesses, and community partners.
- Recruits and assists in enrolling prospective students by promoting the university and its academic program offerings.
- Identifies and assists with resolving issues that arise during students' admissions and matriculation processes.
- Assists with counseling prospective students.
- Serves on various committees; represents the university on state committees; participates in local, state, and national conferences.

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree
Required Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of related job experience
License/Certification:
- Must maintain a valid, current driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in college/university setting
- Experience in Admissions, Enrollment Management, and/or Student Services
- Fluent in Spanish
