Job Summary
The Data Analytics Developer position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the business intelligence solutions for the university. This includes the collection, aggregation and analysis of data from multiple sources to provide reporting and interactive visualization for functional management and decision making users.
Duties
- Analyzes and writes SQL queries to extract and load data for reports and projects.
- Designs, develops, delivers, and maintains meaningful and sustainable reports and visualizations for business users through tools such as Power BI and Evisions Argos Data warehouse
- Provides reporting and analytical support to business units
Marginal Duties
- Assists with data governance, quality and measurement through processes and documentation
- Administers applications servers and support infrastructure for visualization tools

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science or other related degrees
Required Experience:
- N/A
• Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as: Microsoft Power BI, Evisions Argos, Crystal Reports, etc. (including experience with statistical programming languages Python, PowerShell, and/or R) • Experience developing, designing and supporting applications and relational databases • Experience using PLSQL / SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting
