Job Summary
The Returning Student Coordinator directs and oversees Student Reclamation programs to re-engage and graduate former UHD students. The Coordinator recruits new transfer students with some credit and no credentials (SCNC) and coordinates with cross-campus partners.
Duties
- Advises and assists students in navigating UHD from admission to graduation
- Recruits former UHD stopped-out students as well as new transfer "some credit, no credential" SCNC students
- Oversees the operational elements of student reclamation programs, including data management
- Collaborates with campus partners to develop business processes to facilitate the engagement of SCNC students from admission to graduation
- Creates and/or coordinates communications for student reclamation
- Develops and plans the implementation of student reclamation initiatives
- Hires, trains, and supervises support staff and student workers

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Marketing, or a related field
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 (three) years of related job experience, including experience with institutional policy and program implementation.
License/Certification:
- None required
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree is preferred

- Good technical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and PeopleSoft;
