The mission is simple: to inform, entertain, and enlighten the UHD community while providing student interns, volunteers, and workers hands-on experience in broadcasting. This semester, UHD iRadio has continued to deliver on that promise while increasing its listenership, said Dr. Lucas Logan, Associate Professor of Arts Communications and Lead Advisor of iRadio.
There have also been some key developments at the station, as listeners can now access iRadio through the RadioFX app by just downloading it and searching “UHD.”” They’re also going to offer live video feeds on YouTube and Instagram that will accompany each broadcast, and a podcast is in development, with the launch slated for the upcoming fall semester.
