A300 - Special Events Area

A300 is located on the 3rd floor (Main Street Level) of the Academic Building. The area is a large, open room that can be subdivided into three (3) separate areas - Buffalo Bayou Room, Center Section and White Oak Room.

A300 has the following features:

• Full A300 Capacity – up to 300 (varies with room set-up)
• White Oak Room Capacity -- 100 (varies with room set-up)
• Houston Room Capacity -- 100 (varies with room set-up)
• Buffalo Bayou Room Capacity - 100 (varies with room set-up)
• Full multimedia capabilities in each section
• Best suited for banquets, dances, meetings, job fairs, etc.
• Podium(s)
• Motorized screen(s)
• Each set-up is customized to requester's needs (round tables, rectangular tables and chairs are available)
