Accessing TAP

1. Employees may access TAP:
   • By visiting the TAP login page
   • From the Training webpage under the Access Courses heading.
2. Once TAP has been accessed, employees may log in using their UHD Network credentials/UHD Password.

Troubleshooting

• To reset the UHD network password please visit UHD's Account Password Reset page. The PeopleSoft/P.A.S.S. password is reset at the PeopleSoft Password reset page.
• If course(s) are not listed:
  • Register via P.A.S.S..
  • Once registered for training via P.A.S.S., allow 24-48 hours for course(s) to show up in TAP.
  • Employees may check their enrollment status in P.A.S.S.).
• If the training is not running correctly, employees may:
  • Update the Java on their computer: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp.
  • Clear cookies and caches from the browser settings.
