Current Students
Students who are currently enrolled at the University of Houston-Downtown who have a documented disability are encouraged to review the Accessible Education Center current student information and contact us with any questions you may have.

Important Information
Release of Student Information
Students who wish to give permission to receive or exchange information with the ODS must complete the Authorization to Release form.
Students who wish to give permission to a medical or professional provider to receive or exchange information with ODS must complete the Authorization to Release HCP form.
Students are required to contact the Office of Disability Services to request the release forms.
