"Empowering K-12 Educators"
In adherence to our mission statement,“The University of Houston-Downtown College of Public Service exists to educate and develop public servants, advocates, and leaders in criminal justice, education, and social work," we are excited to announce the launch of the Annual UHD Educational Forum. This event is specifically intended to provide K-12 teachers with a planned professional development (PD) program that will cover an array of research-based topics for effective teachers. The sessions will serve the theme, Empowering K-12 Educators. If you are looking for creative PD options that will help you reflect on your teaching practices, learn new skills, and stay ahead of the curve, you should not miss the UHD Educational Forum.
