​The Campus Solutions and Slate Security Workflow Request has moved from a paper PDF form to an electronic security workflow.​

Important Campus Solutions Security information:

Staff/Faculty needing access to update Class Schedule (i.e., create, update, maintain class sections) must attend training first.

• To schedule training please, contact ​Academic Scheduling​.
  • After completing required training, please initiate Campus Solutions Security Workflow.
