Abs Express (30 min)
This 30-minute class will work your whole core: abdominals, obliques, glutes, and more. Body weight and equipment will be used to strength and endurance in core muscles. All fitness levels are welcomed.
Butts N' Guts
This class is designed to tighten and tone your abs and glutes quickly and efficiently. Improve your muscular strength and endurance while challenging you entire body. All fitness levels are welcomed.
Cardio Kickboxing
This class combines kickboxing movements, accompanied by high-tempo music. You will learn proper form for the famous jab, hooks, crosses, uppercuts, back kicks, front kicks, and the like-all engaging both your lower and upper body. All fitness levels are welcomed.
City STEP
Involves high energy aerobic conditioning utilizing a step platform to perform choreographed routine utilizing a set of steps.
Deep Stretch

Leg Day
This class is meant to give you the best leg workout in HIIT style workout focused on your quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves! To sculpt and strengthen the muscles in your legs and increase endurance. All fitness levels are welcomed.
Strength N' Sculpt
This class combines cardio and resistance exercises utilizing weights, bands, and body weight modifications for beginners. All fitness levels are welcomed.
Track Trek
A high-energy walking class designed to elevate your fitness routine to new heights. As you traverse the track, you'll engage in a series of dynamic movements carefully crafted to challenge your body and boost your endurance.
Total Body
This full body class will incorporate a variety of training techniques to target all major muscle groups, while increasing muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance through bodyweight and free weight exercises. All fitness levels are welcomed.
Turbo
A Tabat style class designed to get you in and out. Let’s maximize your workout efficiency and deliver maximum results in minimal time with its signature 20 seconds of all-out effort followed by 10 seconds of rest. Tabata intervals are scientifically proven to elevate your heart rate, boost your metabolism, and burn fat long after your workout is over.
Ultimate Result
Provides the ultimate combination of cardio intervals and functional exercises with light weights and body weight movements. Designed to get you Ultimate Results in only 45 minutes! All fitness levels are welcomed.

Yoga is class that involves mind-body connection which helps develop focus, balance, strength & flexibility. With each pose, the body grows stronger and more toned to function better on a daily basis. This class is designed to provide instructions on the basic yoga methods, breathing and stretching.
