Do you often react before you think, or say things you later regret? Emotional Intelligence is learning how to navigate challenging emotions within seconds; from being a reaction to a response. Do you want to react and say things that might hurt or that you regret, or do you want to respond to those emotions appropriately?
In this hands-on workshop, we will explore how to become self-aware in order to self-manage our emotions to fuel our purpose and goals.

During this time, we will also explore where we find those emotions in our bodies through an innovative yoga practice. As we move through the workshop, we will complete yoga like movements. We will explore where the emotions are in our bodies and how we can shift the emotions to work for us rather than against us.
