Training Access Portal
Accessing TAP
- Employees may access TAP:
- By visiting the TAP login page
- From the Training webpage under the Access Courses heading.
- Once TAP has been accessed, employees may log in using their UHD Network credentials/UHD Password.
Troubleshooting
- To reset the UHD network password please visit UHD's Account Password Reset page. The PeopleSoft/P.A.S.S. password is reset at the PeopleSoft Password reset page.
- If course(s) are not listed:
- If the training is not running correctly, employees may:
- Update the Java on their computer: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp.
- Clear cookies and caches from the browser settings.
