Commencement Tickets

Guest tickets are now available for UHD's 77th Commencement Ceremony taking place on Monday, December 16 at NRG Arena. Guest tickets for the ceremonies can be requested online through the links below and will be accessible through Saturday, November 30, 2024.

Ticketing Information:

  • Each graduating student can reserve up to five guest tickets for their ceremony.
  • All guests, except for lap children under two years of age, will need their own ticket to enter NRG Arena.
  • Graduating students do not need a ticket.
  • Guest seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and is not assigned.
  • NRG uses Ticketmaster as their ticket distributer. Tickets requested through NRG Arena will be digital tickets sent to you via Ticketmaster once reserved.

When requesting guest tickets, you will need to ensure you select the correct ceremony time. Please see below to confirm the ceremony time and claim your guest tickets. If you are unsure of your college, reach out to your college advising center or view the majors list below.

 

First Ceremony - 1:00 p.m.

Second Ceremony - 5:30 p.m.

Request tickets for 5:30 p.m. ceremony
Reminder: You will need to create a Ticketmaster account if you do not already have one.
 
You will need a passcode when placing your guest ticket order. Your passcode is a combination of the letter A and your UHD 7-digit Student ID number.

Example: Letter A = A UHD 7-digit Student ID number = 1234567
Ticket Passcode = A1234567

Additional Ticket Request
If there are any unclaimed guest tickets after November 30, the Registrar's Office will carry out a second-round of guest ticket reservations. Please note, this will depend on whether there are unclaimed tickets remaining after November 30. The number, if any, of additional tickets students will be able to reserve will also be based on this. More information about a second round of ticket reservations will be sent after November 30.
