The UHD Registrar's Office is your source for student record and course registration services and support.
The Registrar's Office on campus is open from Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and can assist students in person with their registration and documentation needs. For more information, please contact our Contact Center at 713-221-8000.
The Registrar’s Office is committed to ensuring the integrity, accuracy and proper release of academic records. The Office staff is dedicated to providing efficient and professional services to new, current and former students as well as to staff, faculty and administrators. The Office strives to serve students from enrollment to graduation and beyond. The services offered include but are not limited to course registration, grade posting, official transcript issuance, diploma processing, academic records maintenance, enrollment and degree verifications, third party release of student records and subpoena responses, confidentiality requests, residency reclassifications for continuing students, CLEP/AP and credit-by-exam credit assignments, and student records imaging. Every effort is made to recognize the diverse needs of the University community and to offer accessible, reliable, responsive and courteous assistance in compliance with University, state and federal policies.
